We are 3 english medical students who will be leaving our flat in July. It is a nice 3 bedroom flat with large rooms and large kitchen with balcony situated one block from the TV antenna in Zizkov. Our landlord lives on the 6th floor and he is an orthopedic surgeon/anatomy instructor who could be very helpful for english speaking students. We are looking to move out at the end of July and find students to take our place. The rent would be negotiated with the landlord but should be around 24,000 Kc per month for three people.
