Fourth Year Student Representative Job Description

At the first of the year:

1. Obtain e-mail addresses of all members of your class and invite them to join the wiki online as writers, where only members may post files pertinent to the class.
   1. Class schedule updates
   2. Annual academic calendar
   3. Past papers
   4. University policy changes
   5. Class and University events
   6. Health insurance info
   7. Student loan info
   8. Complaints and suggestions

1. Establish connection with all professors. (for clinical years: Establishing this connection a minimum of 1 week prior to the beginning of the rotation)

Obtain and inform class of:

1. E-mail contacts
2. Phone, office location and office hours
3. Course syllabus, requirements, and schedules
4. Course list of questions on disk or via email to post
5. Any additional information helpful for the course which may be posted for group access.

1. Send a group email to all members of your class updating them on graduation requirements, including:
   1. Compulsory eligible subjects
   2. Available electives and their requirements
   3. Information regarding summer clerkships
   4. 
      

At the end of each year:
Request feedback from your class on suggestions for the new representative for the coming year.
