I have designed a new clinical skills logbook for us. It is unofficial, so up to you if you want to download it and use it or not. I decided to do this as i think the university one is slightly too brief and would like a better record of the skills i have achieved during my studies.

Obviously as the uni has given the other one out officially you will still have to get things signed in that one, especially those who need it to graduate! So this new one is simply for your own record of which skills you have achieved.
